Boutique Hotel Trevi - Rome

The location is perfect for exploring the city.

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but it fell short. The bathroom had serious issues with flooding, and the sink was barely attached. To. I expected so much more, and the smell of the hotel only added to my disappointment.

I had a well-equipped and a nice size room to stay, it was complete with comfortable beds and aircon, for example. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available. The location of the hotel was best possible...  

They serve fresh and plentiful breakfasts for all tastes with pastries and hot drinks.

Staying here was a delight, especially with the kids! We explored the nearby Trevi Fountain daily, and the location was perfect for our family outings. The cozy breakfast area offered delicious options....  

The location of the hotel is excellent. The ambiance in the rooms we stayed in was very pleasant. The hotel staff was resourceful, helpful and really did their best.

The quality of some of the room facilities is quiet disappointing although it looks that the hotel was renovated in recent years .

What a quaint hotel with amicable staff at the reception desk! Central location, relatively near a white marble memorial monument.

fantastic base for exploring rome's iconic sites and parks

The hotel is just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain, making it easy to stroll over whenever you want to enjoy its beauty, and you can easily walk to the Spanish Steps in less than 15 minutes for more fine views and great people-watching.

Location, Staff

Room was too hot, opening balcony door too loud, need to upgrade the linens and towels. Lush pillows and duvets would do a lot to add to the luxury/comfort of the hotel. Internet never worked.

The perfect location in the centre of the city, the nice room with a classic superior interior, good breakfast

The bathroom was nice but after taking a shower, the floor was all wet due to poor sealing of the bathtub. Also dust in certain parts of the room. But still a nice hotel with a luxury atmosphere due to the interior.

great vibes but needs finer details

The location really stands out. All major attractions were just a brisk walk away. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh options that delighted my palate each morning. I loved the elegant ambiance. Except for...  

Everything was delightful, reception staff, cleaning staff & breakfast staff. Reception/lobby was on the first floor. They also had a porter to take our bags. This was extremely helpful since we had my mother in law's wheel chair....  

The location was fantastic. Easy walk to a good number of attractions. Day receptionist was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgable.

No wifi. Tv access to the Internet was difficult if not impossible to use. Breakfast was passable. This sounds picky but there are no tissues in the room which surprised me for a 4 star hotel. Don't even think about driving a car to this location, parking impossible and garage parking very expensive.

The location of Boutique Hotel Trevi is fantastic, just steps from the Trevi Fountain. It's perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. The beds in the room were comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helped with local tips. The continental breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit, which I enjoyed each morning. The bathroom definitely needs improvement. The shower had inconsistent water temperature, and the curtain didn't do a good job at keeping water inside. The room itself felt cramped, especially maneuvering around the bed. The noise from the busy street outside made it hard to relax. Cleanliness was an issue, particularly in the bathroom where there were signs of mold. Despite its charm, the hotel's furnishings seemed dated and in need of repair. It has great potential if they focus on maintenance and some updates.

Location is the best,very helpful staff and delicious breakfast.Cosy,clean and comfortable rooms with a street view.We had a grate tame!
